Instructions:
Use scissors to cut off the lowest of a dry, empty plastic bottle, at the same time as taking care no longer to slice your pores and skin on the sharp plastic.
Reduce off and discard the slim mouth of a balloon. Carefully stretch the balloon over the lowest of the bottle until it’s taut.
Light an incense stay with a healthy or lighter, and then blow it out. Preserve the smoky end within the bottle, protecting the opening.
